Fantastic new opportunity for a FM professional with presence & gravitas!

Purpose

You will provide leadership, ownership and accountability for all FM operations client relationships, operational delivery, people management and development and P&L responsibility for near and long range operational plans.
Establish and maintain a culture of exceptional client service and deliver value to the client.
To operate all FM services (M&E, janitorial, fabric and CRM)
P&L, Operational Management and Governance:
Accountable for financial performance of the FM budget including l setting budgets with client and monthly reporting
Ability to negotiate, administer contract and possess solid understanding of contractual terms and implications
Client Relationship Management and Development:
Manages the operational relationships with the FM client
Demonstrates credibility and thought leadership for all FM operations
Creates alignment between client's needs and organisational delivery
Manages issues, escalation and resolution effectively
Ensure clients receive exceptional value through executive reporting, dashboards, case studies, relationship workshops, professional reporting standards, operational playbooks and exceptional quality charters
Strategic Planning and Value Creation:
Responsible for the security and growth of the FM operations
Acts as an expert in client's business, culture and strategy by pro-actively contributing to the improvement of the client's business, through delivering value creating operations.
Supports growth of customer's business through the development and execution of agreed Operational Best Practice
Represents the clients' best interests externally and internally
Strategic interpreter of needs and identifier of new value-added services
Ensures the successful management of scope expansion
Establishes and executes resource and people strategy
Service Delivery Integration and Assurance:
Acts as point of contact for communication to and from the client for operational issues
Act as the team leader and be responsible for provision of all operational services that touch client manage escalation process
Maintains effective communication on significant matters with and between all functional areas of the account team
Manages in a matrix environment
Manages client's business changes that impact service delivery
Leadership:
Directs the FM operational team well as matrix reporting responsibilities
Manages in a diverse environment
Will contribute to all elements of the Account as a member of the Senior Management team
The FM Director is fully accountable for operational delivery, QHSE performance and controls, their people, operational delivery, and financial outcomes of all FM activities
You will have:
Experience of FM management at a senior level
Responsible for an operating budget of c£5m +
Operated in a matrix management environment, in a complex blue chip environment
Proven customer relationship management pedigree, able to engage senior stakeholders both internally and customer team
