Eden Brown have partnered with a respected and established Housing Association. An opportunity is available to join their production team as a Site Manager working on a variety of sites throughout your career with them but with all sites being within a commutable distance of your home, starting with a site in Northampton.

With this pipeline of planned schemes in mind our client is recruiting for a Site Manager to come in and work on a live site to report directly into the Contracts Manager.

As a Site Manager you will have experience of New Build Housing and be responsible for:

  • Implementing Site Safety, Health and Safety and Environment policies and procedures
  • Directing the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget.
  • Managing site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Ensuring that staff and operatives are managed and led effectively.
  • Meeting 100% compliance with current NHBC standards.
  • Our client understands the need to be competitive in the current market and as a result has created a generous remuneration package for the right candidate.
