A superb NEW opportunity to join one of the largest & leading FM Support Services businesses in a pivotal role.
 Management of a Cleaning contract of c3 million
 People Management
 P&L
To assist and support the Regional Director in the delivery of excellent, operational service levels across the portfolio. Working to budget and client specification this role must ensure a safe working environment for all employees and that all Cleaning teams are fully trained across the range of required competences.
This role will require frequent travel around London & the SE
The ideal person will have proven management experience, preferable in Rail / Transport / Logistics & / or associated cleaning industries.
Good understanding of procedures and standards & excellent level of English is essential
Flexibility coupled with a hands-on approach
Excellent time management and organisational skills

Computer literate in Windows applications
Full, clean driving license
BICSc trained
