Join this leading FM service Provider on a most prestigious contract with a world renowned
luxury motor car manufacturer. You will have Mecnahical technical qualifications & Supervisory experience within a HVAC /Building Services led business is essential. Practical experience must include line management. Supervisory
experience of engineers & come from a customer focussed
background. Be results orientated. Ability to deliver the wider facilities
management services. Technical experience in Commercial A/C, Commercial Gas or other
mechanical discipline.
The development and review of teams, appraisal, and the application of effective people management

A good general education is essential, with engineering experience and qualifications these
should include BTEC, C&G, IOSH and ILM
Must be able to demonstrate a career showing continuous personal development this should include
current training targets and proof of. Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in
MEWPs. Would be desirable to hold IPAF 3a & 3b

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Numerate and computer literate.

Excellent motivational and influencing skills, with high levels of personal integrity.

Has vision, and able to communicate this effectively. A role model for customer service
excellence. Analytical, Creative, Able to contribute effectively, across all business activities.
Politically and financially astute. Incumbents must have a high level of energy, be self- starters,
confident and stable in manner. Organised, able to prioritise and deliver within high pressure, business

You will be required to travel on occasions to support operational delivery, and participate in training
and business review. A driving license is a must.

Working a Shift Pattern, 4 days on, 4 days off, 07:00 to 19:00 (no nights)
Responsible for the H&S of the site team on a day to day basis.
Work closely with the Senior Management to ensure that the service levels are maintained to a consistently high level.
Support engineering team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
Have a good working knowledge of the client's expectation of delivery.
Responsible for Statutory compliance and SFG20 task completion and record keeping.
Ensure engineers are fully equipped to carry out daily tasks.
Plan PPM schedules for site to ensure an even workload in conjunction with the Senior Manager.
Ensure PPM is carried out in accordance with SFG20 Specification.
Responsible for the sign off of PPM and work related documentation on site CAFAM system.
Carry out Quality checks on PPM tasks and sub-contractors.
Assist with Point of Work Risk Management and RAMS reviews.
Responsible for "day to day" Man Management/Team Development.
Disciplinary and Conflict management.
Assist the senior managers to ensure all clients buildings have accurate asset registers and are labelled accordingly.
Responsible for the fast and effective procurement of materials and services.
Proactively source additional works and assist administrator to raise quotations
Provide technical support to engineers, clients consultants and the client team
Investigate and report on major operational incidents.
Develop and issue reports including, Engineers report, Site Review & CCO Report
SOPs need to be kept updated, written & amended as required
Completion of the engineers PDRs
Own the call out & shift rotas and ensure this is communicated to engineers.
Promote H&S culture across the whole team
Assist engineers carrying out PPM where required
Meet with clients and the Facilities team weekly meetings to establish steady lines of communication.
Attend operational meetings as required
Ensure regular communication with engineering team.
Ensure a client facing approach with self as well as team
Ensure customer service levels are maintained
Ensure uniforms & PPE are being worn and are in good condition
Deputise for Senior Manager when not on site
Ensure meter readings are taken each month and issued to the client

Contractor Control Responsibilities
Sub-Contractor Inductions (Site ,LC & Environmental)
Issue of Access Passes & Permit To Work
Isolations of Fire Alarm and Power sources (including certification)
Management of Contractors
