Job Title Contract Administrator

Based Swansea/Bristol

Hours of Work Monday - Friday, 40 hour/week, 8.00am - 5.00 pm

Contract: Temporary (opportunity to go perm)

Salary: £20,000

One of our clients based across Swansea and Bristol who are a leading firm with the FM world are currently looking to recruit a Contract Administrator on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

This role will include remote working and site visits based in both Swansea and Bristol. Possessing your own transport is a crucial element of the role.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Processing timesheets
  • Raising purchase orders/Invoices
  • Chasing Debt
  • Monthly billing
  • Approving invoices
  • Keeping training records up to date
  • Holiday/Training planner
  • Keeping log books up to date
  • Preparing client reports


  • Administration/Contract Support experience
  • Customer Service
  • Telephone Manner
  • Computer Illiterate
