Job description

My client a Consultancy are looking for an Part time M&E Clerk of Works!

(2 half days per week ) so 8 hours per week for a new medical centre, Worcester

We expect M&E Clerk of Works services to commence September 2020 with the project due to complete March 2021.

Scope of Works:

The Clerk of Works role is a site-based role, the core duty of the role is to ensure that work is carried out to the clients standards, specifications and schedules and oversee the safe & efficient delivery of construction and quality throughout the Construction life cycle by the Design & Build Contractor.

The role also offers technical support to the Technical Assessment Lead or Technical Assessment Team in order to drive successful delivery on all, works in terms of safety, quality, time and cost objectives.

Please note the start date, and hours required for the role, the role would Ideally suit a retired M&E Clerk of Works or someone servicing other sites.
