Are you an Administrator that has experience of Helpdesk within the Facilities Management or Building Maintenance industry looking for a new role based near Cardiff / Caerphilly, if so then this role may be of interest.

My client is a regional Facilities Services provider to various commercial and retail contracts across the South Wales and South West of England area. Based out of the South Wales office you will be responsible for all aspects of Administration as well as covering the busy Helpdesk dealing with both planned and reactive calls from their customers.

Ideally the successful candidate will have previous Administration experience within a Facilities Management or Building Maintenance company however my client would be open to candidates that could transfer into this sector.

You will need to be a strong communicator and have great customer skills and telephone manner. Be computer literate and have experience of raising purchase orders, dealing with invoicing (including queries) Payments and co-coordinating engineers diaries.
