Job description

I am currently working with a large housing provider in the Nottinghamshire area who are currently recruiting for a project liaison officer for an initial period of 12 weeks.

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide an effective and efficient tenant liaison point of contact for customers and to provide an appropriate coordinating role within the Support Services section of Asset Management.


Experience Required:
*Social housing experience would be preferable, but not necessarily something that would rule a candidate out if they didn't come from that background.
*Good stakeholder management skills - able to communicate at a range of different levels and communicate complex messages with our tenants
*Able to work under pressure and on their own initiative - organisational skills and motivation are key
*Any sustainable energy/environmental work/knowledge and passion would be desirable

-Inside IR35
-£13 - £17 an hour
-Initial three months
