Opportunity to join this leading FM service provider

You will be responsible for the effective management of Temporary Works in Facilities. This role will provide oversight of all activities related to Temporary Works across the company Facilities, ensuring compliance with the UK Group Standard: Control of Temporary Works. And will also be responsible for the development, implementation and review of the company Facilities Standard MSS35 Control of Temporary Works. Working in collaboration with UK Technical Services Department in ensuring compliance with the requirements of BS5975:2019.

An experienced Temporary Works Engineer with a thorough technical and practical understanding of Temporary Works design in construction and refurbishment Projects, having sound problem solving and design skills. Excellent communication skills and able to influence at all levels of the Division, and the enthusiasm to lead the development of the company Facilities NVR's, TWC & TWS roles in the understanding, and the effective management of temporary works.

Relevant Experience:
At least 5 years practical experience of managing Temporary Works, including design and audit against accepted standards (currently BS 5975 2019)
Either a qualification in, or experience in training delivery

HND level Engineering qualification
