Our housing association client is seeking a passionate and driven customer services professional to join them in the role of temporary Customer Service Advisor working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Based from modern offices in Widnes, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's customers and will aim for a First Call Resolution approach to ensure queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

Customer enquires handled by the Customer Services Team include the following:

- Repairs and defects

- Rent payments

- Lettings and neighbourhood enquiries

- Compliments and complaints

- Formal enquiries

- Landscaping

- Home contents insurance

These services are provided by various methods including Live Chat, the Association's web portal and app, Facebook, Email, telephone contact, face-to-face, and written correspondence. This is a busy and challenging role and our client is keen to attract applicants who have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding customer services.In return they can offer a very competitive salary and a friendly and welcoming team environment with excellent training and support from day one
