My client a housing association based in Kent is currently looking to recruit three full time Relief Scheme Managers, and one part time on a six month contract starting as soon as possible. The salary for full time is £27,981 and part time is £13,612.38.

The Relief Manager will need to travel (by car) to different schemes and those areas include, Dartford, Tenterden, Hawkhurst, Dover and Ramsgate, mileage is paid from the nearest Scheme based to their home, you will also need a current DBS.

As part of a housing team (not care) delivering excellent customer focused services to the residents living in our extra care schemes, you will have an understanding of the issues facing older people and work closely with your colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for them.

  • They are looking for a team member who is able to work under pressure and on their own initiative.
  • You will be self-motivated, with an energetic approach to engaging with tenants on an individual and group basis, to meet their aspirations around socialisation, healthy living and well-being.
  • You will be able to work flexibly and step in during periods of absence or annual leave to provide cover for colleagues at five schemes across Kent.
  • You must have a genuine passion for working with older people and an understanding of the vision to become a leading provider of older people's accommodation
  • You must be able to demonstrate key values such as compassion, integrity and honesty, which are essential qualities for this role.
