Our client is looking for a Senior Development Manager based in Wirral

This role will be on a permanent full-time basis working 37 hours per week. The team are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic but ordinarily the role allows agile working, both from home and office.

The role of Senior Development Manager reports to the Head of Development. The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure full compliance with both internal and Homes England procedures in the delivery of new build housing programme, whilst minimising risks and demonstrating value for money throughout the programme. However, we are also interested in hearing if you have experience in pre-contract work and experience of progressing new business opportunities.

You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on attention to detail. You will have not less than 2 years of experience of working in a Housing Association development team. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential, and to be able to work with people of all levels, both internally and externally. Possession of good communication skills, both verbal and written will also be required. Ideally, the individual will be fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages including word, outlook and excel.

Pay for this role is £55000 per annum
