Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Income Officer on a short term contract working for a Lancashire based Housing Association.

The role will be until the end of March with an option to apply on a permanent basis

The Income Officer will be required to have (yet not exclusively):

• Experience of rent collection / income collection where you will be providing advice and guidance around Income including Benefits, Universal Credit and Debt Management
• Track record in customer service

Initially the role will be working remotely however when restrictions are slowly lifted there will be a programme to return to the office
