My Client, a Local Authority in Essex, seeks a Senior Building Surveyor for a contract role for 3 months to extend

The role will be working predominantly from home and meetings will be held over video calls

The requirement is for a qualified building surveyor to assist the client in the delivery of a project between January and April 2021, the project will involve incorporating over 70 property acquisitions into the housing portfolio within the first three months of the year at the cost of over £4m and therefore, it is essential that this has the correct level of oversight and scrutiny.

The client is ideally looking for a MRICS Qualified Building Surveyor and a Public Sector and Acquisitions background is essential
