Great opportunity to work with this busy and friendly SE London Borough within their property services department. They are looking for an Electrical Contracts officer to be be responsible for the delivery of the electrical maintenance contract across the organisations corporate property portfolio and schools. This includes offices, libraries, leisure centres and municipal buildings etc. This will require you to work closely with the main contractor, attend site meetings, conduct inspections and manage budgets.

The Candidate
Any successful candidate will need the following experience:

• 
  Working within the electrical industry
  * Working within the public sector
  * Managing contractors, setting and monitoring KPIs
  * Reporting to senior management

Any successful candidate will also need up to date electrical qualification
