Senior Electrical Engineer (Building Services)
London | Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

I've just met with a well-established, boutique consultancy that's been operating since 1988. With a tight-knit team of around 25 professionals, this consultancy has built a strong reputation in the Building Services industry-particularly within the data centre and mission critical space.
When speaking with the Director, it was clear that the team culture is a major reason why people stay long-term. They pride themselves on hiring high-calibre individuals and fostering a flexible, supportive work environment-ideal for professionals with young families. There's no micromanagement here-engineers are trusted to manage their own time and workload.
What they're looking for:
Due to an increase in repeat business (to the point where they've recently had to turn work away), they're now looking to bring on a strong Senior Electrical Engineer who is confident in a client-facing role and can take the lead on project delivery.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in Building Services (Electrical design).
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Comfortable engaging with clients, attending meetings, and representing the consultancy professionally.
* Experience in data centres is a plus, but not essential-attitude and aptitude matter more.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to lead projects and support more junior engineers.
