Technical minded Revit Project Architect
Salary: £45k - £52k
Permanent, Full time position, Hybrid Working 1 day per week
Opportunity to join an Architectural practice with a well-established reputation centered around large scale complex projects in the UK and Europe. You would be joining an experienced team of talented individuals, within a friendly environment that has appreciation for BIM and its benefits across projects and practice.
In terms of projects, you would gain exposure across a diverse portfolio, some of the imminent works in the pipe line span across Data Centre and Commercial sectors.
Leading on projects from concept design proposals, to delivery, Including presenting to clients and local planning authorities, overseeing technical development and detailed design with UL building regulations and planning requirements.
This role will also encompass managers tender processes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience :
Qualified Architect or Architectural Designer : RIBA Part 3, ARB Registration, Overseas Equivalent, with 5+ years industry experience.Revit proficiency and live project experience is essential. BIM awareness or experience is an additional bonus. Project experience in either Data Centre / Commercial / Residential / Health care sectors is most desirable.Good Design and technical understanding, ideally experience across multiple RIBA stages.

We are working with an Architecture practice offering a hybrid working model with a requirement to attend the office three days per week and one or two days wfh. Role Overview:
As an Architect, you will play a key role in design development, project coordination, and team leadership. You will be involved in all RIBA stages (0-7) and help deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound designs. You would be required to attend client meetings and site visits, so clear communication and professionalism is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design packages across all stages of a project, from concept through to completion.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless integration of all design elements, including structure, MEP, interiors, and landscape.
Produce high-quality project documentation, including GA drawings, specifications and schedules.
Participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions.
Oversee junior team members, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
