Document Controller - Luxury Five-Star Hotel Refurbishment | London
Our client is a leading construction company renowned for delivering exceptional projects across the leisure, hotel, and high-end hospitality sectors. With a well-earned reputation for excellence, they are the trusted partner of choice for some of the world's most prestigious brands.
They are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to provide support on one of London's most recognized luxury five-star hotel refurbishments.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and organised Document Controller to play a key role in managing project documentation for an ultra-high-end hotel refurbishment. The ideal candidate must have experience using ASite, as proficiency in this software is essential to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate document flow between project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Implement and maintain document control procedures to streamline document management throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry, ideally in high-end residential or hospitality refurbishments.
Proficiency in ASite (essential).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
