A highly respected architectural practice, renowned for its quality, is seeking an Experienced BIM Manager to join their thriving London team. This is a key opportunity for a seasoned BIM professional with a strong command of Revit and a passion for digital design, data management, and collaborative project delivery.

In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the digital design direction of a dynamic studio environment. Working alongside the wider BIM leadership team, you'll help drive the development and implementation of robust digital standards, systems, and workflows that support excellence across all design stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on BIM strategy and implementation at studio level, ensuring adherence to best practice

Support project teams in the delivery of coordinated, high-quality Revit-based design information

Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the central BIM function to evolve digital tools and resources

Provide mentoring, training, and technical oversight to enhance the teams BIM capabilities

Promote a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing across design teams

For this role the right person will need:

Deep expertise in Revit and a sound understanding of BIM workflows in architectural contexts

Proven experience leading or managing BIM delivery on large-scale or complex projects

Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Enjoys working collaboratively within a creative, fast-paced environment
