An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Partner - Mechanical Engineer to join a leading, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with over 1,000 employees and more than 70 years of industry expertise. The company delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education. They are also expanding rapidly into mission-critical and life sciences sectors, offering you the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile, complex projects. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative engineering solutions while taking ownership of multiple projects.

As an Associate Partner, you will need to demonstrate not only technical expertise but also leadership and business development capabilities. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the design and delivery process while maintaining excellent technical standards. The role requires a balance of hands-on engineering work, client engagement, and team leadership, allowing you to make a real impact on the business.
