With a flexible hybrid model (typically 2 days in the London Farringdon office, 3 from home - adaptable based on project needs), they offer a working culture based on trust, autonomy, and performance.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll lead and contribute to the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across high-quality commercial office projects. Beyond the typical design role, you'll also engage in client-side advisory work, design management, and contribute to broader project strategies - offering a well-rounded and engaging engineering experience.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, end users, and other consultants to provide a complete, concept-to-completion service across your projects.

A degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent qualification)

3+ years' experience within a building services consultancy

Proven expertise in electrical design within commercial office environments

Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is beneficial

Understanding of electrical design software and lighting/power calculations

Strong interdisciplinary design coordination skills

Ability to manage your workload independently and deliver to deadlines

Proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident in client-facing situations

Lead and deliver electrical designs across a variety of commercial projects

Act as a key technical advisor and design lead, working closely with clients

Attend and contribute to project meetings and decision-making processes

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants

Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning

Contribute to client-side advisory and design management work, when required

Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience

Annual bonus scheme (up to 10%)
