Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -

Produce technical tender submissions documentation as requireManage project team to deliver a successful projectDevelop, monitor and control strategic construction programmingManage the design processAttend all project meetingsCarry out daily snagging inspection walk roundsHold regular sub-contractor coordination meetingsAssist Commercial Manager in controlling the commercial riskLead and coordinate design workshops with consultants and sub-contractorsCarry out a regular review of prelims expenditure with the Commercial ManagerResponsibility for site HSEBuild long term client relationships

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing Traditional Cat A and Cat B Fit-out projects up to the value of £10m. You will need to have proven experience of managing projects from inception to completion, the ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: -

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational Project Manager and will offer an excellent package including a progressive opportunity for the right candidate. They are specifically looking for someone to oversee a £4m commercial office fit out.

THE ROLE

The Project Manager will need to be capable of overseeing a Cat B project from inception to completion with support of the commercial team. Your duties will include but not be limited by:

* Overall responsibility for on-site projects from order stage to the completion of defects certificate
* Ensuring client satisfaction and quality finish to improve on customer relationships gaining further works
* Provide a proactive and highly effective service to clients
* Liaison with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders cost comparisons and payments
* Cost reporting to Manager
* Ensuring that all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and the general housekeeping on-site is as expected
* Attendance at site meetings including preparation of all information required
* Ensuring cost and waste control
* Assisting inefficiently in recording all cost variations and the swift conclusion of final accounts
* Be prepared to travel weekly to sites as required

CANDIDATE
