A dynamic North London studio is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its growing team. Specialising in high-end private residential projects, the practice combines creative design with smart thinking to deliver homes that look stunning and also support quality of life.

The Role
You'll lead projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and collaborators to shape bold, human-centered design solutions. Strong early-stage design skills and the ability to see projects through to delivery are essential.

Key Requirements

5-10 years post-Part 3 experience

Strong portfolio with high-end residential focus

Confident across all RIBA stages

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Interest in design's impact on wellbeing (training provided)

Senior Architect
Permanent, full time position in the office and on site
South London
Salary up to £55k

We are working with a dynamic and design-focused architectural practice in South London, currently seeking a Senior Architect to join their growing team. This is a key strategic hire, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and play a pivotal role in shaping the company growth. You will be working on mid-sized UK housing projects, through concept to completion, and leading on a couple of projects at once. Within a small team of less 10.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 5 years post-qualification (ARB or CIAT)
* Proven experience across all RIBA stages
* Strong Revit skills, and be comfortable being hands on producing drawings
* Confident client-facing abilities and clear communication skills
* Full right to work in the UK
