Role Overview:
As a Senior / Principal Building Physics Engineer, you will be involved in all design stages of projects, from early-stage concept development to detailed design and construction. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable and high-performance building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead building physics analyses, including energy modeling, thermal comfort assessments, and daylight simulations.
* Engage directly with clients, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
* Participate in design team meetings, confidently presenting and challenging design concepts to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate sustainable design strategies into projects.
* Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in building physics engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Proficiency in relevant simulation tools (e.g., IES-VE).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to sustainable design principles.
