A specialist MEP design consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and technically robust building services solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join their new growing team in London.
With a focus on high-quality design, BIM integration, and efficient project delivery, they support clients across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
This role:
As a senior MEP BIM coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination, development, and implementation of MEP services using Revit and BIM workflows across major projects.
You'll work closely with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery of 3D models and drawings, resolve clashes, and maintain project standards in line with their BIM protocols.
Responsibilities:
The Senior MEP BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing BIM coordination activities across multiple projects. Key duties include:
* Leading MEP BIM coordination from concept through construction stages
* Developing, managing, and auditing Revit MEP models to ensure accuracy and coordination
* Facilitating clash detection using Navisworks and managing resolution processes
* Collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure seamless information flow
* Producing detailed MEP drawings and extracting schedules and quantities from models
* Implementing and enforcing BIM Execution Plans and project-specific BIM protocols
* Providing mentorship and technical support to junior BIM technicians and coordinators
* Managing BIM deliverables in line with project deadlines and quality expectations
* Assisting in the development of company BIM standards, workflows, and automation tools

* Residential Developments - such as London Borough of Islington, 355 unit new build BTR scheme in Milton Keynes
* Retail developments - Mulberry developments
* Hotels - 2No. hotel in west London
* Many more sectors including, education, commercial and industrial

About you:
* Experience using BIM MEP in a senior coordinator role for a minimum of 5 years.

Role Overview:
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP building services projects.
* Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of building services.
* Assist in clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar software.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the building services sector.

* Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
