The Opportunity
This is more than just a design role. You'll be at the forefront of project leadership-guiding concepts from the drawing board to final delivery. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects from concept to handover.

Guide and mentor junior engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth.

What You Bring:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar.
Chartered or actively working toward CEng (CIBSE, IMechE, etc.).

Experience working on luxury residential and/or high-end hospitality projects.
Confident leading design teams and managing key client interactions.
