THE ROLE:

THE ROLE

Costing / Estimating
Develop a comprehensive, accurate and competitive Cost Sum Analysis (CSA), for project submission.Where possible, tender packages to multiple suppliers to ensure competitive rates.Engage with Supply Chain and Incumbent Contractors early in the process to ensure coordination between design and trades.Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, to prepare an accurate program and ensure cost alignment with design development.Design and Design Management
