About the Company:
They pride themselves on delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Revit Technician to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP building services projects.
* Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of building services.
* Assist in clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar software.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
* Support junior technicians and provide mentorship where required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the building services sector.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is essential.
* Strong understanding of building services engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Experience with BIM methodologies and standards.
* Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
