A global property and construction consultancy is looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join their growing sustainability team. If you have experience delivering BREEAM New Construction, BREEAM In-Use, and Fitwel certifications-and want to broaden your skillset into ESG strategy and GRESB assessments-this is a rare and exciting opportunity to do just that.

The Business
This independent partnership has over 3,000 employees worldwide and a strong foundation in cost and programme management consultancy. In response to growing client demand, they've built out a national sustainability team that has doubled in size over the last year and continues to expand.
You'll be working across a wide variety of projects-both public and private sector-alongside experienced colleagues from real estate, infrastructure, and investment backgrounds.

The Role
You'll take the lead on delivering green building certifications, particularly BREEAM New Construction, BREEAM In-Use, and Fitwel. You'll also:
* Support or lead on GRESB assessments and ESG policy/strategy development
* Engage with clients to help embed sustainability into their property portfolios
* Use innovative digital tools, including an AI-enabled platform that streamlines evidence gathering for BREEAM In-Use
* Work toward a pathway to Certifications Lead and progress to Associate within a few years

About You
* Experience delivering BREEAM (NC & In-Use) and/or Fitwel certifications
* Keen interest in ESG and GRESB, with a desire to grow your expertise
* Great communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
* Enthusiastic about innovation and improving how sustainability services are delivered

A leading building services consultancy is seeking an ambitious and technically excellent Principal - Associate Building Physics Engineer to join their London office. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a team from the ground up, act as the face of sustainability and building performance, and work towards leading your own P&L function in the near future.

With a strong pipeline of technically complex, low-energy projects across commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors, this role puts you in a strategic position to shape how building performance is delivered across the UK and Europe.

The Role
You'll lead the building physics and performance modelling services, guiding clients and design teams toward high-performance, low-carbon outcomes. From early-stage passive design advice to detailed compliance modelling, you'll drive the technical delivery while growing and mentoring a new team around you.

Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering and reviewing dynamic thermal modelling, energy compliance, and overheating assessments (TM54, TM59, TM52, Part L & O)
* Leading the use of tools such as IES-VE, ApacheSim, and Apache HVAC to assess building performance
* Supporting Net Zero strategies, carbon assessments, and wider sustainability inputs as needed
* Acting as the key client contact, leading presentations, advising design teams, and championing performance-led design
* Growing a new team of engineers under your leadership, with support from the wider practice
* Contributing to business development and eventually taking ownership of your own P&L responsibility

About You
* Degree-qualified with 7+ years' experience in building physics or sustainable design
* Proficient in IES-VE (including Apache HVAC) and familiar with compliance tools and frameworks
* Experienced in leading projects and managing client relationships
* Strong communicator, confident advising stakeholders and representing the practice externally
* Passionate about shaping the future of Net Zero design and performance-driven buildings
* Ready to step into a strategic leadership role and grow a specialist team
