The Role:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of electrical systems for building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed electrical designs including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and communication systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical calculations, and energy efficiency assessments.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate designs seamlessly into projects.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., BS, IEC).
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including tender submissions and design reports.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in electrical design for building services (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of building services standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams.
