Jamie Wynne
Director of Built Environment and Sustainability
Jamie Wynne is the Director of Built Environment and Sustainability at Eden Brown, where he is in charge of the leading and growth of this division. With a background absorbed in built environment recruitment, Jamie joined Eden Brown in July 2011 as a trainee consultant and worked his way up to his current role as Director. His extensive experience and dedication to the industry make him an invaluable asset in delivering successful outcomes for our clients and candidates.
Shannon Thomson
Recruitment Consultant
Since 2023, Shannon has worked in recruitment, beginning her career in the South African market before transitioning from the supply chain sector in South Africa to the building services industry in the UK. She specialises in placing electrical and mechanical design engineers across the UK—particularly in London. At Eden Brown, Shannon partners with design consultancy clients, including global, multi-disciplinary firms, to support their search for top engineering talent through tailored recruitment solutions.
Jake Troubridge

Jake Troubridge has been part of the Eden Brown family since November 2017, and is currently Executive Consultant in the MEP Building Services sector. Jake excels in building and strengthening client relationships, and enables consultancies and contractors across the UK market to locate the perfect candidates for their roles. As a leader within our MEP team, Jake is dedicated to both nurturing his colleagues' growth and expanding the team while maintaining strong client relationships.

Jack joined the Eden brown team in August as Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the recruitment of Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers. With a 360 role that covers both candidates and clients, Jack focusses on the Essex and City of London areas. He brings 2 years of valuable recruitment experience to his role, ensuring that we connect top talent with our clients.

Data Centre | Mission Critical Business Manager
Kye has been placing top tier professionals throughout the built environment for over 6 years with a more recent focus on the Data Centre/ Mission Critical sector. He works with some of the industry’s most well known consultants as well as boutique Data Centre SME’s. He works with clients to find top talent in hard to fill positions and fosters genuine relationships between clients and candidates alike.
My consultant anticipates when my contract is nearing completion enabling me to move smoothly into my next contract. He has good interpersonal skills and has in the past negotiated with an employer on my behalf, making it easier for me to move from one contract to another.
