An established and well-respected Building Services consultancy is seeking a Revit MEP Technician to join its growing team in their London Office. With a strong track record delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical designs across a wide range of sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role within the BIM team, supporting the delivery of coordinated MEP designs through the production of high-quality models. Reporting into the BIM Manager, you will work closely with engineers and wider project teams to ensure designs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
CAD / Revit Duties
* Produce BIM models for MEP systems including mechanical, electrical, public health, fire alarm, and containment
* Develop models and drawings from engineering sketches and specifications
* Manage drawing revisions and ensure all documentation is kept up to date
* Review and check work for accuracy and completeness prior to senior review
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and coordinate design information
* Support project delivery to agreed timescales and budgets
* Ensure all outputs align with internal BIM standards, protocols, and CDE requirements
* Attend project meetings and BIM coordination workshops where required
BIM Coordination
* Take ownership of BIM deliverables on allocated projects
* Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project protocols across all models
About You
* Minimum 3+ years' experience using Revit within the building services sector
* Background within an M&E consultancy or contractor environment (or similar)
* Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
* Good understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadline

A well-established building services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join its London office in Marylebone.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative technical team working across a varied portfolio of commercial, education and residential projects, providing high-quality Revit and BIM support throughout the design process.
The Role
The MEP Revit Technician will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated MEP models and technical drawings using Revit, working closely with engineers, designers and other members of the project team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Producing detailed MEP models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.Developing coordinated mechanical and electrical building services models.Working alongside engineers and other design professionals to deliver project requirements.Supporting BIM coordination and identifying potential clashes or design issues.Maintaining accurate and consistent drawing and model information.Working across multiple projects within the commercial, education and residential sectors.Contributing to the development and improvement of BIM and Revit standards.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an MEP Revit Technician within a building services consultancy, contractor or similar environment.

Key requirements:
