Join one of the UK's leading BIM Consultancies. they work on a wide variety of different high-end projects in commercial, residential, and educational. They are on the lookout for an experienced BIM coordinator, who has great work ethic and collaborates well with a team.
This role:
As a BIM technician, you will play a key role in the development, and implementation of MEP services using Revit and BIM workflows across major projects.
You'll work closely with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery of 3D models and drawings, resolve clashes, and maintain project standards in line with their BIM protocols.
Responsibilities:
* Produce and coordinate detailed MEP models using Revit.
* Ensure all models are compliant with project BIM standards.
* Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve design clashes.
* Attend coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with the development and improvement of internal BIM processes.
* Work with project managers to ensure model-based workflows integrate with the construction programme.
* Maintain Revit families and model libraries for consistent output

You will be joining a team that has worked on many different exciting projects, such as
* Large scale commercial office fitouts / refurbishments. - for example, Google headquarters.
* high-end residential schemes - New Road, Rainham , Development of 717 homes, comprising 667 apartments, 38 houses, and 12 maisonettes, alongside commercial and retail spaces & Royal Wharf, Silvertown, London, A large-scale development delivering 3,385 residential units.

About you:

Are you a detail-driven Revit expert with a passion for coordinating complex MEP systems? They are now seeking a Revit MEP Coordinator to join their dynamic team and help push the boundaries of innovative building design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models for MEP systems.
* Collaborate closely with design engineers, architects, and external consultants.
* Maintain and manage BIM workflows and standards throughout project lifecycles.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve model issues using Navisworks and related tools.
* Provide support and mentoring to junior BIM/Revit technicians.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Revit MEP/BIM coordination role within the building services sector.
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
* Familiarity with UK building regulations and industry standards.
