A leading D&B (design and build) fit out contractor based in Central London, specialising in delivering high-quality commercial office fit outs for prestigious clients are seeking a Project Manager with experience overseeing commercial office fit out projects in and around London.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee two concurrent projects in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial office fit out ranging from £1-10m, with smaller projects they would oversee multiple concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of fit out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and regularly report on project progress to senior management and clients.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the D&B fit out sector, with a strong track record of successfully delivering similar commercial office fit out projects in Central London.

- Excellent understanding of construction project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of relevant building regulations and industry standards.

- Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field would be advantageous.

An Industry leading fit out contractor who work in London and across the UK are on the market seeking a Project Manager.

They are renowned for delivering exceptional commercial office fit outs ranging from 250k-10mil are currently on the market seeking a experienced and forward thinking project manager capable of overseeing their projects in the London region.

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational talent who with the support of the commercial team can successfully deliver projects from inception to completion, they offer an excellent package and a long-term stable career for the right candidate

THE ROLE:

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -

* Manage project team to deliver a successful project
* Develop, monitor and control strategic construction programming
* Manage the design process
* Attend all project meetings
* Carry out daily snagging inspection walk rounds
* Hold regular sub-contractor coordination meetings
* Assist Commercial Manager in controlling the commercial risk
* Lead and coordinate design workshops with consultants and sub-contractors
* Carry out a regular review of prelims expenditure with the Commercial Manager
* Responsibility for site HSE
* Build long term client relationships

THE CANDIDATE:

My client is looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing Traditional Cat A and Cat B Fit-out projects up to the value of £10m. You will need to have proven experience of managing projects from inception to completion, the ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: -

* Project Manager with experience on projects up to £10m
* Delivered large scale Traditional Fit out Projects
* Experience working in Commercial Offices
* Ideally professionally qualified
* Experience managing projects up to £10m
* Highly proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Meticulous and highly organised
