A growing building performance consultancy is looking to hire an Associate / Associate Director to take a lead role across energy, sustainability and building physics projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically, while stepping into a role with more ownership, client exposure and team leadership.

The Role
You'll be:

Leading technical delivery across multiple projectsActing as a key point of contact for clients and design teamsOverseeing and reviewing energy modelling and building physics workProducing and lodging Non-Domestic EPCsSupporting and mentoring junior team members


What They're Looking For

Strong background in building physics / energy modellingLevel 5 NDEA (able to lodge EPCs)Experience in a consultancy environmentConfident in a client-facing, leadership role

Desirable:

Daylighting / sunlight analysisPassivhaus / PHPP experience
