A specialist engineering group is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of its Building Services and Infrastructure Consultancies.

With an established reputation for delivering technically complex engineering projects across the built environment, the business already works with many of the UKs leading developers, contractors, consultants and public sector organisations. They're now looking for someone who can build on those relationships, identify new opportunities and help drive the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders to develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and support work-winning activities.

You'll be representing a business with genuine technical credibility and a strong reputation in the market, giving you the platform to develop long-term partnerships rather than simply chasing leads.

The Role

They're seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to take a leading role in the delivery of major UK and international projects.
Current schemes include concert halls in Asia, a large-scale Mediterranean residential development, residential towers in East Asia, and luxury resort and hotel projects across the Middle East.

You'll be responsible for leading electrical design packages, overseeing junior engineers, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and the wider design team. This is a role offering real influence - both technically and commercially - within a growing, well-established consultancy.

* 5+ years' Electrical Building Services design experience
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage design deliverables

Play a key role in the successful delivery of complex Building Services projects by ensuring documentation is managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with project requirements.

We've partnered with a highly respected Building Services consultancy of approximately 40 specialists, renowned for delivering technically challenging Ministry of Justice (MOJ), commercial, and public sector projects across the UK. Having successfully delivered landmark schemes, including the UK's first fully electric prison, they continue to build an impressive reputation for innovation and technical excellence.

As their project portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Document Controller to take ownership of project documentation processes and support the smooth delivery of high-profile projects. What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction, engineering, or Building Services sector
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and best practices
Experience using Viewpoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

What You'll Do
Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project life cycle
Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures
Administer and maintain document management systems, including Viewpoint and ACC
Coordinate document submissions, approvals, revisions, and transmittals
Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
Support project compliance by maintaining accurate records and audit trails
Assist with project reporting and documentation-related processes
