Valuation Surveyor

*Hybrid working*

* rolling 3 month contract, extensions expected*

The role:


* Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.
* Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
* Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.

Essential Qualifications:

* RICS Membership

* Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive - If you don't have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.

Desirable: * Local government experience as a valuer
