Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: On-site - Kings Cross, London
Rate: £206 per day (Umbrella)
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team on a fully on-site basis in Kings Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support professional with strong knowledge of Windows 11 configuration to work in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line technical support to end users, both hardware and software-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11 configuration
Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd line support when necessary
Manage user tickets and document solutions in the service desk system
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, system setups, and device management
- Some 1st line support duties
Requirements:
Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role
Strong expertise in configuring and supporting Windows 11
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple priorities
