Our client, a world-renowned building services consultancy based in London, is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to take on a career-defining role. You'll be working on one of their most prestigious projects with a client that owns one of the UK's largest property portfolios, currently driving a massive decarbonisation initiative.

What makes this role exciting?

This is a hands-on position where you'll tackle some of the most complex BMS controls and mechanical maintenance challenges. Your expertise will be key in diagnosing issues, optimising performance, and ensuring sustainable results.

You will be working directly with the client and spend time between the London office and various client sites across London.


We're looking for experience in the following:

✔ BMS installation and commissioning experience, with significant time spent on the tools.

✔ Confidence working in plant rooms, identifying underperforming systems, and implementing effective solutions.

✔ A proactive professional ready to assist Technical Service Managers with challenging system performance issues.
