You will be a project-running cost manager, as comfortable in front of clients as you are helping to develop your own team.

You will have expert knowledge of cost, risk and opportunity in JCT and NEC contract forms. You will have built relationships with specialist contractors and further supply chain, and able to advise clients on budget and cost planning, cost controls during a project, procurement support and value engineering. You will most likely hold MRICS, or will be on that pathway.
