Job description

Role: Band 7 Estates Officer

Location: South West London

Rate: £200 - £220 a day

Length of Contract: 6 months + Likely to lead into a permanent position

Our client a public sector organisation is seeking to recruit an Estates Officer with strong mechanical experience to join their Estates department on a 6 month contract which is likely to lead into a permanent position.

Our client would like to interview Estates Officers whom have a strong background in managing mechanical teams, and has managed contracts and sub-contractors also.

Experience Required:

Have worked within an NHS environment previously

Mechanical Experience

Previous experience managing contracts and sub contractors
