Are you working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the Facilities Management sector?

A leading service provider are currently recruiting an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work on 2 sites, Primary site - Swansea with a few days here and there working in Bristol The sites are large with both M&E services / plant room maintenance.

You will be responsible for the planned maintenance delivery, reactive attendance and all other required duties across the portfolio

Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team, completing the period by period PPM schedule.
Where required the timely & efficient resolution to reactive tasks.
The delivery of additional quoted works when required
The upkeep of relevant certification & documentation as required by the contract
Completing all works safely & to present edition of BS7671 and all other relevant regulations
Work closely with the wider FM team, pro-actively reporting on issues, progress and developments
Complying to all relevant H&S guidelines and regulations at all times
Taking part in the 'call out' rota and attending emergency call outs if required

Person Specification:

Qualifications:
City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installations as a minimum
17th Edition as a requirement

Benefits
Holiday - 22 days - 25days after 3 years
Sick pay
On call allowance £75 per week, on call 1 in 3
