Our client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their resident team on a contract in Swindon The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out ppm routines including servicing of AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, etc, in accordance with manufacturers recommendations & procedures to ensure their facilities are in the best possible condition.Duties and responsibilities-

To carry out mechanical repairs, maintenance and installation in order to meet the requirements of customers, members and staff.To maintain good communication and working relationships with external contractors.

Carry out ppm routines including servicing of AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, etc, in accordance with manufacturers recommendations & procedures.Perform any other duties required for the success of the contract Experience

They are looking for an individual with significant experience in mechanical installation and repairs within a commercial building environment.
