Job description

Urgent need with this large MEP Contractor for a M&E Project Director on this scheme based within Gatwick airport. You will be tasked with completing the project and handing over to the client The contractor has an enviable order book and you will be reporting into the Managing Director


A £45 million pound new project comprising the construction of a new hangar and other associated works including aircraft apron, connection to taxiway uniform, vehicle parking and external parts storage area, fire suppression plant, diversion of larkins road and realigned security fencing, drainage and lighting, together with associated landscaping and ecological mitigation and enhancement works including natural ventilation.

Sustainable Information: This development has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.The associated works include sewer systems, cable laying, landscaping, infrastructure, enabling and access roads.
