They are looking for Temporary Document Control / Administration support to prepare, manage and file documents for a flagship project. The Document Controllers responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors. Ultimately, you'll support company procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Copy, scan and store documents - Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts - Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) - Distribute project-related copies to internal teams - File documents in physical and digital records - Create templates for future use - Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients - Manage the flow of documentation within the organization - Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement - Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

The candidate must have experience with ViewPoint Software or something similar such as ASite. Viewpoint Construction Software supports the BIM compliance, document imaging, project management and extended field teams collaboration.
The right candidate will be organised, motivated to complete tasks and be a self starter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong team of construction industry professionals and massively develop your skills set as a document controller. There is scope for career progression and to take on much more responsibility within the business if desired. The role has flexible working hours and offers some work from home options.

You will be paid on a Daily or Hourly basis and the rate is flexible depending upon the candidate.
