Job description

A leading groundworks contractor in the Worcestershire area is currently looking for the right person for a front desk position. Established over 15 years ago the company undertakes civil and groundwork projects across sectors such as education, commercial, airport, rail and MOD.

The front desk position is to cover leave for 6 to 12 months, but there is the potential for a full time position for the right person. The ideal candidate needs to be eager, and willing to get ''stuck in'.

The Role:

-Answering phones
-Meeting & greeting clients
-Assisting with paperwork
-Assisting the buying department
-Keeping reception area tidy

Experience Required:

-Good IT skills
-Excellent organization and time management skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Good communicator and relationship builder.
-Be proactive in your approach.
-Positive attitude
