Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer with good carpentry experience to work throughout the Devon and Somerset area.

Your duties will include tasks such as general repairs, dealing with emergencies, first and second fix, fault finding and remedial works as well as preventive and reactive maintenance

Responsibilities & Duties
-Carry out Reactive Maintenance Tasks -Fabric Repairs / Handyman
-Work with and Coordinate Contractors
-Undertake repairs and servicing to the highest standard in accordance with work orders and pre-determined specifications
-Fault finding, testing, and the removal or adjustments of existing fittings, fixtures and parts

Qualifications and Skills -City & Guilds/NVQ Carpentry Qualification
-Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
-A valid and full UK driving licence is essential and a van will be provided
