Job description

My client in the East Midlands currently requires a senior building surveyor to join their expanding asset management team.

Job Purpose:
The Senior Building Surveyor is responsible for providing support to the Head of Asset Management & Development (HAMD) in delivering an effective day to day repairs service, implementing the planned maintenance and major works programme and generally ensuring that targets set within the Asset Management Strategy are achieved.

This will involve close liaison with the Direct Trade Operatives (DTOs), the Customer Support Team, the Housing Services team, other departments, our tenants and external contractors and consultants. This includes line managing a team of technical and administrative staff.

-£34,000 - £37,000 pa
-37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
-22 days holiday rising 1 day per year to 30 days + BH
-Flexi-time
