FM Help Desk - Leeds - Immediate start - Temporary to Permanent
Join this trail blazing FM company at their brand new Customer Gateway centre in central Leeds.
A dynamic, high energy environment. First point of contact all Helpdesk enquires & support logging, distributing and closing down of reactive calls on the Helpdesk system. Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers.

- x5 vacancies
- Roles are full time 40 hours per week
- Each role consists of 4 week day shifts and 1 weekend shift per week
- Weekday shifts are paid at 9.13 p/h and the weekend shift is paid 11.43 p/h so annual salary is c20k
- Temp until end of December/early Jan we will then be considered for a permanent role


Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.

Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills.

9am-6pm work Saturday, have Sunday & Wednesday off
9am-6pm work Saturday, have Sunday & Tuesday off
9am-6pm work Sunday, have Saturday and Thursday off
12pm-9pm work Saturday, have Sunday and Wednesday off
12pm-9pm work Sunday, have Saturday and Wednesday off
