Workplace and FM operations UK office estate manager
Maternity Cover 12 months

The successful candidates will ideally be skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Operations Management, Coaching, and Sales. Be a strong operations professional with a passion for leadership, developing others and providing exceptional customer experience

Whilst not directly line managing a team, influencing skills are required to achieve goals and objectives with and through others.
- Work in partnership with the workplace alliance team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Review and follow through service issues/escalations, supporting the workplace alliance team and ensuring ownership and resolution is achieved to a satisfactory manner.
- Review service performance and the workplace team dashboards, focusing on reactive and planned performance, housekeeping audit outputs, HSE and incident reporting & waste management
- Review reactive work requests over £2.5K and all requests for services outside of the contract, ensuring value for money & feeding back into the alliance team when insufficient information is provided, or further detail required.
- Engage with senior business management from customer units for scheduled service review sessions and on an ad hoc basis for more informal catch ups.
- Produce service updates that feed into customer engagement sessions.
- Have a strategic CRM lead for P&FS working closely with the Senior Manager UK office Property estate and their wider team.
- Support the delivery of clients projects and initiatives that impact the property & facilities provision across the office estate.
- Support the development and execution of the Workplace transformation programme focusing on service wrap development as well as the operational requirements leading up to and during project work commencing.
- Engage with our union representatives as a key contact for workplace escalations / issues or strategic changes.
- Support our communication strategy working closely with our comms teams on both P&FS and workplace alliance communications.
- Monitor on-going operations to ensure property and buildings meet all operational, security and relevant legislative policies and requirements
- Review the allocation of workspace to ensure customer requirements are met and the usage of all available space is optimised to deliver financial savings and working efficiencies
